个人简介:周玉,国家食品药品监督管理局食品安全专家,教育部学位与研究生教育发展中心-全国研究生教育评估监测专家,四川轻化工大学学科带头人,博士生导师。致力于食品和水环境中有害分子的超灵敏、高通量、快速检测新方法研究。
研究领域及主要成果:食品和水环境中有害分子检测新方法。涉及到的靶标物包括重金属、中毒性生物毒素、多环芳烃及农兽药残留等。在纳米探针的设计合成(DNA探针、金纳米抗体探针、金纳米酶探针、磁纳米抗体探针等)、小分子靶标物检测信号增敏策略挖掘、复杂基质检测体系创建等免疫学检测新方法的基础研究方面已取得系列突破性进展。
主持国家自然科学基金面上项目6项,四川省科-教联合重点项目1项,吉林省科技项目2项;获吉林省科学技术进步奖二等奖1项,全国商业科技进步奖一等奖1项;在Biosen. Bioelectron.和Food Chem.等国际权威SCI期刊以第一作者/通讯作者发表SCI论文90余篇(唯一第一作者兼唯一通讯作者发表SCI论文31篇),他引总次数3000余次。研究成果被美国、德国、日本等30多个国家和地区的数百位同行广泛引用、借鉴、专题评述和正面评价,并开展了系列跟踪和拓展研究。
