个人简介:

梁铁强198910月生。工学博士讲师。毕业于东北林业大学林产化学加工工程专业;2020-2023年就职于河北农业大学食品科技学院,2024年至今就职于四川轻化工大学生物工程学院2021-2026年担任河北省食品学会委员

 

研究领域及主要成果:主要研究方向为可食性智能包装膜材料开发产品保鲜及贮藏、生物质材料功能化改性。近年,共发表论文26篇,其中,以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文12中科院大类分区1区论文8篇,TOP期刊论文8篇,ESI高倍引论文2篇;获得授权发明专利2转化1出版专著1部;获得省部级奖励2项(黑龙江省高校科学技术成果奖特等奖、第九届梁希林业科学技术奖二等奖);主持及参国家自然科学基金、省自然科学基金等项目6项。

 

主讲课程及教学改革:主讲《食品质量安全管理学》;参与教改项目2项,发表教改论文4篇,获得校级教学成果奖1项。
