个人简介蓝海波,男,中共党员,农产品加工与贮藏工程专业博士,葡萄牙 Aveiro University化学系访问学者,长期从事农产品加工、天然活性产物构-效关系、酿酒原料发酵特性等领域的科研和教学工作,先后参与国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家自然科学基金地区科学基金项目,主持中央引导地方科技发展资金项目等课题,已在Carbohydrate polymersInternational journal of biological macromoleculesFood Hydrocolloids等发表学术论文10余篇,Journal of EthnopharmacologyFrontiers in Nutrition等刊物的特刊编辑、审稿人。
