个人简介：黎爽，校聘副教授，食品质量与安全系教师，本科、硕士、博士均毕业于四川农业大学动物营养研究所，农学博士。
研究领域及主要成果：主要研究方向为微生物营养与机体健康、野生非酿酒酵母在果酒酿造中的作用。在Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology、AnimalNutrition、Journal of Animal Science等期刊上发表SCI论文10余篇。参与国家级项目2项，省级项目2项，国际合作项目1项。
