个人简介:杨丽娟,女,1977年05月,博士、教授,硕士生导师,2017年毕业于清华大学,取得生物学博士学位。2024年7月完成浙江大学访问学者。主要从事酿酒微生物与分子酶工程方面的研究。主要讲授《生物化学》、《蛋白质与酶工程》等课程,主持四川省科技厅项目2项,酿酒生物及应用四川省重点实验室项目1项、自贡市科技局项目1项、四川轻化工大学人才引进项目1项。发表SCI论文12篇,授权发明专利6项。
