个人简介:

马振兵19896月生。博士讲师,硕士生导师自贡市高级人才。重要学习经历;2010.09-2014.06,四川农业大学,生物技术学士2014.09-2020.06,中国科学技术大学与中国科学院西双版纳热带植物园联合培养,生物化学与分子生物学,博士研究生;2020.10-至今,四川轻化工大学,生物工程学院,讲师2021.07-2022.07,宜宾市科技局挂职,资源配置与科技监督科副科长2023.11-至今,宜宾五粮液股份有限公司与西北农林科技大学联合培养博士后

研究领域及主要成果:

主要从事酒酿关系研究,旨在解析酿酒原粮品质对白酒产量和质量的影响,主要以高粱、小麦和糯米为原料,涉及原粮品质检测分析,原粮酿造特性分析,白酒风味及发酵过程中微生物群落变化分析,制曲品质研究等。近三年在Food chemistry XFood research international, International Journal of Biological Macromolecules, Journal of Genetics and Genomics, Frontiers in Plant Science等期刊发表论文论文11篇。

主讲课程及教学改革:

主讲本科《分子生物学与基因工程》,(校级一流课程,校级示范课堂)

    完成校级教学改革项目一项。
