个人简介：
马振兵，男，1989年6月生。博士，讲师，硕士生导师，自贡市高级人才。重要学习经历；2010.09-2014.06，四川农业大学，生物技术，学士；2014.09-2020.06，中国科学技术大学与中国科学院西双版纳热带植物园联合培养，生物化学与分子生物学，博士研究生；2020.10-至今，四川轻化工大学，生物工程学院，讲师，2021.07-2022.07，宜宾市科技局挂职，资源配置与科技监督科副科长；2023.11-至今，宜宾五粮液股份有限公司与西北农林科技大学联合培养博士后。
研究领域及主要成果：
主要从事酒酿关系研究，旨在解析酿酒原粮品质对白酒产量和质量的影响，主要以高粱、小麦和糯米为原料，涉及原粮品质检测分析，原粮酿造特性分析，白酒风味及发酵过程中微生物群落变化分析，制曲品质研究等。近三年在Food chemistry X，Food research international, International Journal of Biological Macromolecules, Journal of Genetics and Genomics, Frontiers in Plant Science等期刊发表论文论文11篇。
主讲课程及教学改革：
主讲本科《分子生物学与基因工程》，（校级一流课程，校级示范课堂）
完成校级教学改革项目一项。
